Your warranty commences on the day your order is dispatched, provided this is within four weeks of your EuroCave becoming available. We recommend registering your EuroCave so we have your product details on file, making it easier to support you should you ever need us.

Warranty Conditions
EuroCave Australia is operated by DallMac Pty Ltd ABN 62 641 499 443, trading as MacPhee’s Wine Cellaring Specialists.
Warranty: EuroCave Wine Cabinets
This warranty applies to new wine cabinets purchased and used in Australia or New Zealand. It is in addition to (and does not exclude, restrict, or modify in any way) other rights and remedies under law to which the appliance or service relates, including any non-excludable statutory guarantees in Australia and New Zealand.
Statutory Rights
Australia: All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. ‘Acceptable quality’ and ‘major failure’ have the same meanings as defined in the ACL.
New Zealand: All goods sold in New Zealand are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act. These include guarantees of acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and compliance with descriptions. You may be entitled to remedies, including repair, replacement, or refund in cases of failure.

Installation Requirements
The warranty is valid only if the EuroCave wine cabinet has been installed correctly in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines, including specified ventilation and electrical requirements. Improper installation may void the warranty.

Warranty Terms and Conditions (for Wine Cabinets)
The warranty commences when the product is dispatched. This is on the basis that dispatch occurs within four (4) weeks of the availability date. The warranty period is three (3) years, except Royale and Revelation which is five (5) years.
Labour:
- Whilst in warranty, MacPhee’s will cover the cost for qualified servicing or part replacement.
- Wine Cabinets must be readily accessible for service without the requirement of any special equipment for access.
Parts:
- MacPhee’s reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace the product for valid warranty claims and may use refurbished parts for repairs.
- Replacements parts are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Travel and transport costs:
- MacPhee’s will bear the reasonable costs of transportation, travel, and delivery of the appliance to and from MacPhee’s.
- Travel will be arranged by MacPhee’s as part of any valid warranty claim. Additional charges for transportation, travel, and delivery to regional areas may not be covered.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects arising from:
- Perishable Parts: Filters, batteries, or similar components.
- Non-EuroCave Parts: Any parts not supplied by EuroCave.
- Cosmetic Damage: Cosmetic damage that does not affect the operation of the EuroCave.
- Any cosmetic damage at the time of delivery must be reported to MacPhee’s Client Services in writing, including photos showing damage to the packaging and goods, within 7 days of receipt.
4. Damage Due to External Causes:
- Negligence, accident, or misuse.
- Improper installation, including failure to adhere to ventilation requirements.
- Improper maintenance or servicing.
- Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorised personnel.
- Normal wear and tear.
- External factors beyond our control, including power surges, storm damage, force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather), or incorrect power supply.
- Insect or vermin infestation.
- Noise or vibration that is considered normal.
5. Unauthorised Modifications:
- Modifications made without written approval from MacPhee’s or EuroCave.
- Removal or defacement of the EuroCave serial number.
How To Make A Claim
- Go to the EuroCave Help Centre, and click on tile “Issue with your EuroCave?”
- Prepare the following information for the Technical Assistance form:
- Model and serial number (located on the inside toward the base of your unit).
- Details of the installer / joiner (if applicable).
- Photos of the following:
- The unit in its entirety, including surrounding joinery, with door closed
- The display panel in its entirety, with door open
- The inside/back of the cabinet (bottles may need to be removed)
- The carbon filter (located inside, back, top left)
- The bottom of the cabinet to show the condensate drain (bottom left)
- Bottom grille, (exterior, base of unit) if applicable, from one metre away
- A diagram/photo of the gap/flue above the unit at the back (for ventilation).

Warranty: Wine Cellar Conditioner
Please read carefully before installing your Wine Cellar Conditioner.
By purchasing and installing a Wine Cellar Conditioner from MacPhee’s, the Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to follow MacPhee’s cellar installation and product guidelines may void the warranty and may lead to significant underperformance of the cellar. This warranty applies exclusively to new Wine Cellar Conditioners purchased and used in Australia or New Zealand. It is provided in addition to, and does not override or limit, any applicable statutory rights or guarantees under Australian and New Zealand consumer law. MacPhee’s reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
